The Mediating Role of Death Anxiety on The Relationship Between Successful Aging and Life Satisfaction

This study aimed to test the mediating role of death anxiety on relationship between Turkish older adults’ levels successful aging and life satisfaction. The group consisted 243 individuals (130 females, 113 males) aged 60 years older. Successful Aging Scale, Adult Satisfaction with Life Death Anxiety Scale were used for data collection. Pearson product-moment correlation technique standard multiple regression analyze data. Preliminary analysis showed existence significant relationships among variables discussed in study. results indicated that a exists elderly individuals’ satisfaction anxiety, these significantly predicting their level aging.
